I’m happy to let you know how much I like TriVita’s Quick Relief Gel. I fell on both knees about a year and a half ago and one knee especially hasn’t been right since. It’s hard to go up and down stairs and I’m doing that quite a bit at home and at work. But now I just rub in the gel, usually before bed and then again in the morning and I feel so much better. I also get quite a few headaches, so I tried putting some at the base of my skull and around my neck and shoulders; even some on my forehead and it has kept me from a full blown headache.
